Our well-established Software Solutions Client based in Johannesburg, is currently seeking a **Training Officer t**o join their team at their JHB or CT office on a hybrid basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- External Training: _

Facilitates system and product training to the client base, identifies training needs of clients. Needs to be able to identify training opportunities and programmes.
- Internal Training: _

Facilitates system, product and other training to the internal team, identifies training needs and designs, develops or sources necessary training courses to ensure department objectives for specific disciplines are met. Undertakes associated administrative tasks.
- Training Development: _

Develops e-learning training material and programmes to be used internally and externally, which will involve sourcing the information from the internal stakeholders and developing the necessary training content.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma with 4 to 5 years related experience or qualified by experience.
- Experience in External Training, Internal Training & Training Development & Delivery
- Experience in the implementation and usage of Moodle as an e-learning platform
- Experience in the development of e-learning modules using Articulate 360 Storyline and Rise
- Experienced in Coral Video Studio
- Experience in creating & executing training presentations
- Experienced in explaining alternative ways in order for trainees to understand the content
- Experience in relating to different individuals and training employees at all levels
- Must be technically minded with strong technical training skills
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite
- Insurance industry knowledge is an advantage
**Salary**: R45 000 per month (CTC which will include basic, medical and pension contribution)
