**Minimum requirements**:

- IT Certification (A+, Network+, CCNA, Windows 7/10, Windows Server )
- 3 years’ experience as Support Technician
- Valid driver’s license with own transport
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans & English essential)
- Essential experience in:

- Good understanding and strong troubleshooting skills in:

- Microsoft Windows 7, 8 & 10
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Server 2003/2008/2012/2019
- Active Directory
- DHCP
- DNS
- Extensive Networking skills/experience.
- IT Security (Antivirus, Firewall’s, SPAM filters, etc.)
- Exchange 365
- Cambium technologies
- 3CX Pabx
- VM experience (VM Ware)
- Experience in the following advantageous:

- MikroTIK
- Fortigate Firewalls
- Pastel
- Linux
- Microsoft Azure AD / Sharepoint / OneDrive

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Support on the Rola Services Helpdesk
- Installing, maintaining & troubleshooting hardware, software & networks
- Call Outs to remote dealerships.
- Liaising with suppliers
