Trafalgar Financial Services (“TFS”) is a boutique financial services company specialising in a range of property financial services products, targeted at residential estates and complexes across South Africa. Trafalgar Financial Services (“TFS”) is an authorised financial services and credit provider with a specialist property finance focus.

**Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Keep track of all leases, acknowledge receipts of notices and ensure documents are signed by all parties
- Make all necessary journal adjustments and raise all recoverable expenses for both property and agent.
- Process increase in charges and notice letters to tenants
- Route all maintenance queries to relevant department, and follow up on outstanding matters
- Prepare statements and invoices for delivery
- Prepare bulk notices to landlords and tenants
- Conduct ITC of new lease applicants
- Collection of outstanding rentals
- Sending of demand letters, lease confirmations and handing over of accounts to attorneys for collection
- Reconciliation of accounts & ensure payments are allocated
- General upkeep of all administrative functions and office environment

**Minimum Requirements**
- Vast Computer knowledge - Outlook / Microsoft Word / Excel
- Understanding Commercial Leases and dealing with operational requirements
- Understanding legal procedures regarding collection of rentals
- Basic Accounting principles
- Prior Commercial property management experience would be ideal
