**Purpose of the role**:
As the Payments Manager, you will be reporting to the Head: Operational Finance. Through effective leadership of the payments team; you will be accountable for the efficient and effective service delivery of payments processing, regular and accurate reconciliations, effective customer and stakeholder management and accurate financial reporting.

**Requirements**:

- NQF Level 7 - Bachelor of Commerce or Accounting degree
- Minimum 5 - 7 years in management role
- Experienced in implementing system that are comprehensive include payments solutions and clearing solutions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Accuracy / Attention to detail
- Numerical skills
- Knowledge of accounting principles, processes, and systems
- Awareness of FAIS, FICA legislation
- Understanding of RMA environment.
