Our client a Global Advisory firm is looking to onboard a Legal Advisor for their Pensions Division.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the retirement funds legal department.
- Close liaison and communication with the regulatory bodies (including the FSCA and the dispute resolution forums) in order to implement a compliance framework across the business.
- Provide Legal support to the Business.
- Managing the retirement funds legal department.
- Provide legal, technical, ethical and governance guidance on business processes and service delivery.
- Up to date with knowledge pertaining to trends in the financial services industry, particularly in the space of employee benefits.
- Provide legal services such as contract management, case management, tax advisory services, as well as pension-related legal advice.
