**Job Purpose**:
To oversee the survery function of the division in terms of producing accurate as built records for
the GIS system as well as the provision of a field surveying service on multi-disciplinary
construction projects

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Providing management and supervision of staff.
Providing the technical support function for the growth and implementation of a GIS and
survery service to the branch.
Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety acr and regulations.
Deputise for the divisional engineer.
Undertakes driving duties.
Undertakes related assignments.

**Essential Requirements**:
National Diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying or an acceptable equivalent qualification.
Valid motor vehicle drivers license (Code B).
Registered as a Professional Technician with ECSA or accepted alternative professional
registration
3 Years relevant experience.

**Preferred Requirements**:
Project Management Qualification.
5 Years relevant experience.
