This is a remote freelance project. We’re looking for someone who has experience hiring nurses from South Africa, Tunisia, Czech Republic, or Serbia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and identify qualified nurses in South Africa, Tunisia, Czech Republic, and Serbia
- Provide regular updates on progress and pipeline
- Work independently to meet hiring timelines and goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruiting nurses, preferably in at least one of the target countries
- Strong sourcing skills using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Previous experience in freelance or project-based recruitment

Project Type:

- One-time project, freelance only
- Fully remote
- Start immediately
