**What will you do?**
- Under general supervision, performs a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents and maintaining records and files. Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available.**What will make you successful in this role?**
- Job purpose- To contribute to the processing, maintenance and management of tasks within the Investment Administration team.- Key Outcomes- The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the Client Services Consultant:
- Investment corrections (adjustments) and investigations
- Backdated profit and loss cost calculations
- Returned income payments and debit order rejections
- Exception control reports & QMF’s (Query Management Facility)
- Systems user-acceptance testing
- General query resolution
- Ad hoc projects
- Qualifications and experience- Matric/ Grade 12
- Excel skills on advanced level would be to your advantage
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience within the Collective Investment Schemes
- A relevant financial qualification would be to your advantage
- Industry/LISP/Financial Services Industry would be to your advantage

- Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.**Knowledge and Skills**
