- Supervise and monitor students during aftercare, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Plan, prepare, and assist students with homework and other learning activities.
- Create a calm, organised, and engaging environment that promotes respect and responsibility.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and colleagues, responding to queries within 24 hours.
- Maintain high standards of conduct, punctuality, and professionalism at all times.
- Support school events and activities at the discretion of the Head of School.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Head of School or management team.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- A minimum of one year’s experience working with students in a school environment.
- Previous experience supervising or caring for children (Aftercare or similar role).
- Appropriate right to work in South Africa.
- A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to children.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative.
- A genuine passion for supporting students’ development and wellbeing.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
