Job Opportunity: Control Room Operator - Cape Town

Our dynamic team is embarking on an exciting journey to establish a new control room in Cape Town. Working collaboratively with our controllers in Johannesburg, this team will play a vital role in monitoring and safeguarding our clients and the community through the use of our specialised CCTV software. The office space will be strategically located in Town, Gardens, or V&A Waterfront.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure that all CCTV targets are met.

Monitor all Smart Guard Sites.

Communicate with clients via WhatsApp.

Conduct routine health checks on the systems.

Identify and address technical issues related to CCTV.

Manage intercom systems at various CCTV sites.

Ensure alignment of camera views and analytic rules with field files.

Monitor Isentry and CCTV client alarms on Oryx.

Exhibit good administrative skills.

Monitor Proof360 and dispatch alerts accordingly.

Monitor TeamViewer to ensure all sites are online.

Educational and Skill Set Requirements:
PSIRA Registration is a must

If you have the below qualifications and experience please apply:
Matric certificate with university entrance (advantageous).

Competence in the following software:
Milestone

Listener

Isentry

Proof360

Ability to handle complaints.

Ability to deal with difficult clients.

Compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Good communication skills, both written and oral.

Minimum of 2 years of previous CCTV experience.

LPR experience would be advantageous.

Working Conditions:
12-hour shifts (maximum of 252 hours per month).

Shift pattern: 7 days working, 3 days off, 7 days working, 4 days off.

Training period of approximately two weeks, depending on previous experience or ability.

**Location**:
Must reside in Cape Town.

Must have transport to areas surrounding Sea Point, such as Town, V&A Waterfront, and Gardens.
