**Key Duties**
- Ensuring all orders from the factory are verified and dispatched within set lead times
- Ensuring that all discrepancies are timeously actioned
- Check stock picked reconciles to pick slip
- Ensure all orders are invoiced
- Check stock picked reconciles to invoice

**Stock Packing**
- Ensure correct packaging required
- Ensure boxes are correctly labelled and adequately sealed

**Dispatch Control**
- Ensure that boxes/packing are properly sealed and accurately marked
- Ensure that boxes/packaging are correctly consolidated
- Loads accurately and completely manifested
- Ensure Controlled hand-over to drivers

**Housekeeping**
- Enforce housekeeping in the dispatch area to maintain a clean and safe work area
- Instil courteous customer service
- Sort out queries
- Supervise and maintain close working relationship with internal customers
- Discipline staff
- Ensure timekeeping and punctuality

**Requirements**:

- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) compulsory;
- A valid Driver’s license;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Industry related experience;
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Work well under pressure;
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Solid time management;
- Be able to work well in a team.

**Working Hours**
- Monday - Friday: 07:00 -17:00 but can vary from time to time
- Saturdays - Alternative.
- Sundays: off
- Public holidays: off

**Salary and benefits**
- R 8 000-R 10 000 p/m CTC
