- **Minimum 20 years experience**_
- You must have thorough knowledge of the meat industry.
- Splitting and cutting of beef, steaks, lamb etc
- Biltong and Polony making know how.
- Qualified in handling butchery equipment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills with customers and staff
- Need to be physically healthy and mentally fit.
- Must be competent, and organised. Professional and responsible.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
