Assist personnel with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
Offer daily operations and systems support
Verify functionality of hardware and software components
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
Conduct daily network backup operations

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Relevant tertiary qualification
Three+ years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
Two+ years’ experience on current network operating systems
Must have experience in Windows server 2008 - 2016 working environment
HP prolined servers experience and knowledge
Ability to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively in high-pressure situations
Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience
Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required
Server management and maintenance and ensure connectivity between all properties
Upkeep of network infrastructure
Network maintenance to access all properties
Manage backups and ensure continuous network operations
Ensure continuous internet access to enable the key operation functions
