Manage all transactions with customers accurately, efficiently & politely
- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers
- scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate
- collecting payments whether in cash or credit
- redeem stamps & vouches
- resolve customers complaints, guide customers and provide relevant information
- greet customers when entering or leaving the store
- maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- track transactions on balance sheets, report all discrepancies
- bag or box purchased products
- Handle merchandise return and exchanges
- cross-sell products and introduce new ones
- administer void card as per the company's SOP
- Assist at the biltong bar
- Check stock and supply manager assistant with order list

**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS**
**- **Work experience as a retail cashier or in a similar role of sales
- basic pc knowledge
- familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
- Good math skills
- strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented

MINIMUM GRADE 12 WITH APPROPIATE JOB EXPERIENCE

**Salary**: From R1,270.00 per month
