**Supply Chain & Exports Manager FMCG Industry R40 000pm CTC**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Exports Expertise**:

- Comprehensive experience in exports, including regulations for all African countries.
- Proficient in managing SGS & BV inspections, LOA’s, and other export requirements.
- **Supply Chain Management**:

- Plan, direct, and coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods and services.
- Verify goods reach their destination in a timely manner.
- **Operations Optimization**:

- Establish priorities, track assignments, and ensure availability of resources.
- Maintain schedules and deadlines for seamless operations.
- Comply with standards and shipping regulations.
- **Collaborative Approach**:

- Work closely with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Assist with inventory control and optimize performance through trend forecasting.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Maintain and process all relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Import Expertise**:

- Experience in importing from various countries, understanding SARS regulations, HS codes, customs duties, etc.
- **Logistics Management**:

- Oversee logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, and transport.
- Develop efficient route planning strategies.
- **Negotiation Skills**:

- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills with courier companies and freight forwarders.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and exports.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and compliance for exporting to African countries.
- Familiarity with SARS regulations, HS codes, customs duties, and import processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with courier companies and freight forwarders.
