**About Shadow Careers**

We are a team of like hearted humans who have come together collectively to make a difference, we are all passionate about creating careers. We have extensive experience in the BPO sector. Shadow Careers is a unique and innovative job creation initiative. We focus on helping to create entry level jobs for excluded youth largely coming from challenged & impoverished backgrounds, those who have never worked before and would ordinarily find it very difficult to find permanent careers. We develop and empower these young people through our 3-month, unique role readiness program.

**Areas of responsibility**
- Take part in the development and implementation of key Training Processes for Shadow Careers
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
- Devise individual learning plans
- Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online and blended learning
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions delivered, highlighting where there has been a return on investment and/or value-added learnings for future solutions
- Provide tailored coaching support, in partnership with Operations to drive and support the achievement of KPI’s, evidencing value added to the business
- Handle all client details and information with relevant integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain reports to meet department and client requirements
- Establish and maintain a professional training environment including training facilities, equipment, trainer appearance and student training materials
- Maintain knowledge on changes to client products, services, polices & procedure

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Matric
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar field
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proven skill at training, coaching and mentoring experience

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
