**Role Overview**:
These include **MS Dynamics Nav, IVS Foxpro, Healthshare Health Connect, Power Apps, Paragon, SQL Reporting, Phixflow, Salesforce, Epod, interfaces & portals, and bespoke software.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deputize for the Applications Manager, leading meetings, and advising team members.
- Support ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Act as Administrator for security and permissions assignment, conducting audits for appropriate access.
- Produce technical reports and management information as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Prior knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Nav, MS Business Central ERP, or valid ERP exposure.
- Scientific/numerical background or experience in an IT environment with evidence of relevant skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL Server and knowledge of T-SQL.
- Strong customer service ethic, drive, enthusiasm, and a 'can do' attitude.
- Interest in programming and scripting languages.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to communicate with staff at all levels of the business at a technical level.
- Working experience of the Data Protection Act 1998.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Scientific/numerical background or proven experience in an IT environment.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL, and familiarity with core technologies.
- Understanding of programming and scripting languages.

**ITIL Processes**:

- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.

**Communication and Teamwork**:

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Proven troubleshooting ability in a large-scale, fast-paced operations environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-priority objectives simultaneously.

- Experience or willingness to deputize for the Applications Manager and lead meetings.
