The main objective of this role is to give technical support to customers/clients, as well as the technical team regarding solar installation and sales.

This role would also include assisting with repairing, and/or replacing of the product after the installation has been conducted.

**Role/Responsibilities**:
Responsible for pre-sale and after-sales technical promotion work including installer training, system clarification.

Replace or maintain faulty inverters.

Test and repair faulty inverters in the warehouse and record documentations accurately

Help organise faulty inverter recall and shipment if requested by China.

Communicate timely with the China Team.

All other ADHOC duties.

**Work Experience**:
Excellent oral and written English skills

At least 1 to 3 years of field support, engineering or manufacturing experience is required.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or above with an Electronic Engineering is preferred, or relevant field.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- working with Inverters: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
