**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **Assisting passengers with ticket sales, bookings, flight changes;**:

- **Dealing with problems such as delays, cancellations etc.;**:

- **Explaining processes to customers and assisting them where necessary;**:

- **Working longer than normal hours and shift work;**:

- **Dealing with confidential information;**:

- **Communicating with customers both verbally and in writing;**:

- **Supervision of Ticket Sales staff.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Grade 12;**:

- **Travel Degree or Diploma will be an advantage.**:

- **2-4 Years Customer Service experience;**:

- **Excellent communication in English - speak, read and write;**:

- **Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);**:

- **Excellent phone etiquette;**:

- **No criminal or credit record.**

- **Excellent understanding or experience of delivering great customer service to a customer;**:
