**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated, well-presented and proactive individual to manage the short-term rental of our luxurious villas as well as the property management of the estate and the assets of our homeowner's association. This role encompasses various responsibilities ranging from managing guest bookings, systems, and rates to ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, and administration and accounting of villa expenditure and income. You will act as the Accounts Manager and Caretaker on behalf of the homeowner's association, facilitating smooth communication between trustees and owners, managing owner expectations, and assisting in the process of moving and construction access. This position also entails managing and resolving issues on behalf of the estate's maintenance team, and accounting for the homeowner's association, which includes managing income, receipts, and issuing levy statements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire villa booking process - from initial inquiry to checking-out, ensuring a seamless and personalized guest experience.
- Oversee the property management of the villas, including managing, updating and maintaining systems, setting and adjusting rates, and handling day-to-day operational tasks.
- Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by swiftly and effectively resolving any complaints or issues, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage the administration and accounting of villa expenditure and income, ensuring transparency and accurate record-keeping.
- Serve as the key accounts manager and caretaker for the homeowners' association, acting as a conduit between trustees and owners.
- Manage owner expectations, provide assistance with the moving process, construction access, and other specific requests.
- Respond and manage outages and issues on behalf of the estate's maintenance team, ensuring mínimal disruption to the residents.
- Maintain accurate accounting records for the homeowner's association, managing income, receipts, and issuing levy statements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Hospitality Management or a relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property management, rentals, hospitality, accounting or a similar role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing accounts.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties and responsibilities effectively.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
