**Key Responsibilities**:
**Service & Operations**:

- Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring flawless service execution.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow to optimize the dining experience.
- Train, mentor, and supervise FOH staff (servers, sommeliers, hosts) to maintain the highest service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and restaurant policies.
- Educate staff on upselling in particular pre and post drinks and wine pairings

**Wine & Beverage Expertise**:

- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of wine varietals, regions, and pairings, particularly with tasting menus.
- Curate and update the wine list in collaboration with the Head Chef, suppliers and the owner.
- Guide guests through wine selections and provide expert recommendations.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control for beverages with owner and operational manager.

Guest Experience:

- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction, handling feedback and complaints professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with regular patrons and VIP clients.
- Uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence in service and hospitality.

Tasting Menu Coordination:

- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth delivery of multi-course tasting menus.
- Educate staff on menu changes, ingredients, and wine pairings.
- Ensure timing and pacing of courses align with guest expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine-dining or similar FOH management role.
- Extensive wine knowledge (WSET/CMS certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in high-end tasting menu service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and professional demeanor.
