**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to maintain all equipment in the factory
- Do daily check lists on the Equipment prior to start up and at the end of shift (Clean photo cells, clean Strapper heads, ex)
- Clean equipment and floor area.
- Ensure that all equipment in the factory operate smoothly
- Assist with breakdowns
- Good housekeeping in line with 5S principles
- Upon completion of jobs, communicate with factory foreman and Line Supervisor.
- Any other reasonable duties he may be called upon to either assist with or execute as and when necessary.
- Work Shifts and Weekends
- Run a line being
- Faulting finding and fixing thereof

Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Millwright (Electrical/Mechanical) trade qualification
- Working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial
- At least 3 years’ experience in a production and industrial environment
- Sound Knowledge on Omron, Siemens and ABB PLCs
- Experience on Pneumatics and Hydraulics
- Able to read and interpret Instructions, Setup Procedures, Electrical Drawings and Manuals.
- Ability to do problem solving
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Committed to safety and teamwork.
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to organize and plan tasks.
- Ability to do fast and effective Electrical and Mechanical fault finding
- Self-Directing: Able to work towards specific goals and objectives with limited daily oversight.
- Perform daily inspections
- Perform any duties as and when required
- Attending and be participative in meetings
- Adhere to all SHEQ procedures
- Maintain 5S and Housekeeping standards
- Sound organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to control and supervise workers under him.
- Must be reliable
- Must be a team playe

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Paarl, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
