We're looking to expand our Strategy Office team with exceptional talent. The Strategy Office is responsible for aligning the business priorities set by the Board and translating these into clear plans and deliverables, as well as the execution of all enterprise-wide, strategic projects.
**The opportunity**:
We are looking for a professional, experienced individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Chief Strategy Officer and the team within the Strategy Office. **Key performance areas will be**:

- Provide administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer and team
- Support the team with administration relating to vendors, project invoicing and payments
- Support the team with liaison with external parties
- Support in the administration relating to some elements of project planning and co-ordination
- Diary Management
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Coordinating and compiling all executive and management reports
- Preparation of monthly management presentation slides
- Arrange local and international travel arrangements
- Liaison with internal and external business partners at all levels
- Coordinating meetings and functions, including venues and catering
- Perform adhoc functions for the Chief Strategy Officer and team
- Submit travel documentation and claims timeously
**To qualify for this position, you will need**:

- Matric
- A minimum of 5 years Secretarial related experience at the same or similar level (Essential)
- High degree of Professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong planning, organising and coordinating ability
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- High level of ownership and independence
- The ability to handle pressure in a constantly changing and challenging environment
- The ability to handle highly confidential matters
- Excellent working knowledge of MS office
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Assertiveness
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise
