HR Business Partner Equity

Johannesburg East - Gauteng

Reporting to the Group HR Executive you will be required to implement and manage HR systems and processes to deliver on the business objectives. You will ideally have extensive experience in the manufacturing sector coupled with strong IR knowledge and skills.

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Human Resources / Psychology Degree
- Advantageous Post Graduate Degree/Diploma: Human Resources Management
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in a related role within a manufacturing environment
- Payroll - HRIS (Psiber & Workday)
o Labour Relations Act (Act 66 of 1995)

o Labour Relations Act to Collective Agreements and Bargaining Councils

o Basic Conditions of Employment Act (Act 75 of 1997)

o HRD legislation (Skills Development Act)

o Employment Equity Act

o Compensation for Occupational Injury and Disease Act 130 of 1993 (COIDA)
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Key Result Areas:

- Comply with the relevant HR Legislation (Labour Relations Act, EE Act, Skills Development Act, etc.)
- Recruitment, Selection & Exit Process
- Co-ordinate psychometric assessment processes and interpret assessment
- Draft employment contracts
- Coordinate New Employee Induction
- Conduct exit interviews
- Coordinate the Performance Management process
- Represent stakeholders in consultations and discussions on matters that arise at the shop floor level
- Liaise with external Attorneys and Labour consultants regarding IR matters
- Coordinate and facilitate Disciplinary Hearings
- Conduct negotiations in labour mediation and referrals in labour conciliation
- Facilitate external IR processes (CCMA, Labour Court, etc.)
- Represent the Company in a labour Conciliation / Arbitration process
- Conduct negotiations in labour mediation and conduct Collective Agreement Negotiations
- Compile the annual Gender Equality Report
- Participate in wage negotiations
- Implement policies and strategies to ensure that Transformation is achieved
- Co-ordinate EE Committee meetings
- Delivery of the BBBEE strategy that outlines the key objectives, initiatives & timeframe
- Consolidate BBBEE Scorecard information
- Provide HR services & support to Managers and staff
