**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience.
✔ Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve meals promptly.
✔ Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to assist guests with recommendations.
✔ Set up and prepare dining areas for service, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
✔ Handle cash and card transactions accurately, processing payments efficiently.
✔ Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
✔ Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all restaurant areas.

**Requirements**:
✔ **Grade 12 Certificate** (Matric).
✔ **Minimum 6 months of experience** in a similar role.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
✔ Familiarity with **POS systems** and basic math skills for order processing and cash handling.
✔ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
✔ Good understanding of **food safety and hygiene** practices.
