A growing retail pharmacy group in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town is looking for a **friendly, confident, and customer-focused Front Shop Assistant** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist customers on the shop floor and at the front counter with product enquiries and purchases.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front shop and displays.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with merchandising and restocking shelves.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/card transactions.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures of the front shop.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy front shop environment is preferred.
- Must be **confident, approachable, and enjoy interacting with customers**.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.
- Reliable, honest, and proactive in taking initiative.
- **Must have own transport.**:

- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends when required.

**Position Details**:
