Responsible for daily running of complaints including investigation, monitoring and resolving of system and business issues/problems. Co-Ordinating with channels, product houses and regions.
**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - BComm Degree
- Experience - 3 to 5 Years related experience preferably in complaints management
- **additional requirements**:
- Must be in a team leader, specialist or manager role
- Care system knowledge would be an advantage
- Ability to compile reports and presentation skills
