Our client is a reputable developer, boasting a long track record of success, and known for their quality residential homes and apartments. Looking for a Sales Executive to join their professional sales team, your key focus would be to negotiate and close sales deals including directing attention to their current developments and creating a hype around their latest projects.

As with sales, you will be working in a highly pressurized environment, where you would need to maintain a healthy pipeline of sales. This position will require your working on weekends at show houses. That said, top performers in this team are dedicated to working weekends and evenings, as this is when your customers are generally available - week days being comparatively slow.

If you are able to close sales related matters, grasp new concepts, act as a deal maker and problem solver, this opportunity is definitely for you
- A NQF4 in Real Estate,
- Possess a proven track-record in Off-plan sales or Commercial brokering,
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills is essential.
