**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in capturing and maintaining accurate asset data
- Help update and manage digital building drawings
- Support basic space and occupancy audits
- Update employee and room information in CAFM systems
- Perform basic quality checks on space and asset data
- Support report preparation and data cleanup
- Contribute to routine system updates and space metricsHelp maintain documentation and standards

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Qualification in Facilities Management, CAFM or related field.

**Skills**:

- Basic familiarity with data entry and digital recordkeeping
- Comfortable navigating spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Good attention to detail for reviewing data and floor plan drawings
- Willingness to learn CAFM tools like Archibus and Web Central
- Logical thinking to understand asset-room-employee relationships
- Strong organization skills to keep track of multiple data points
- Able to follow set processes and naming conventions consistently
- Curious and observant — especially during space or asset surveys
- Communicates clearly and asks questions when unsureTeam-oriented and open to feedback from senior team members
