Halaal Supervisor

We are currently searching for an experienced Halaal Supervisor to join our Food Manufacturing Team in City Deep, Johannesburg.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Submit all Raw Materials to SANHA Evaluations Dept using form APD-F10
- Submit Finished Product listing to SANHA Evaluations Dept using form APD-F11
- Ensure any intended usage of the SANHA Halaal logo is submitted to the Logo Control Dept for sign-off and approval.
- Ensure all packaging artwork displaying the SANHA Halaal logo is submitted to the Logo Control Dept for sign-off and approval.
- Documentation of SANHA communication
- Halaal Liaison: Professional Submission, communication and follow up on all correspondence with SANHA
- Monitoring and Verification of Halaal status of raw materials received. To ensure that only raw materials that have been approved by SANHA are accepted on site.
- Routine Inspections of raw materials in storage areas to verify that all materials are compliant and Halaal approved.
- Halaal Supervision during manufacturing & dispatch of export products to be conducted in conjunction with SANHA Audit Dept. Prior advanced notification as agreed be given in writing to the SANHA Audit Dept
- Shoulders full responsibility as Halaal Team Leader for the entire facility
- Routine inspections of the delivery vehicles to ensure that they are clean and free from contamination with Non-Halaal.
- A non-conformance document AUD-F04 shall be completed and submitted to the SANHA office immediately within a period of 3 hours for any incident which compromises the SANHA Halaal program.
- To conduct ongoing daily routine audits of the NPD lab to ensure compliance to SANHA requirements

**Total CTC before deductions: R27 800.00**
