**Title**:French Speaking Sales Manager**

**Reporting to: Operations Manager**

**Location: Sandton, Johannesburg**

**Role Overview**:

- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
- Train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- Manage existing team of sales agents
- Provide support to sales agents where needed
- Play a critical role in the success and development of their sales reps by supporting project fulfillment,
- Drive and achieve targets
- Identify trends and coach sales
- Assist client orders and online account issues including but not limited to, cancelations, quality, shipping, online profile information and website navigation
- Resolve client issues in a timely manner utilizing available resources and according to the defined policies and procedures collaborating cross-functionally and escalating when appropriate to ensure high client retention and satisfaction
- Identify and escalate emerging trends in product and client dissatisfaction
- Record client interactions using assigned system and tools outlined by management
- Meet and/or exceed all assigned key performance indicators and targets related to the key areas of responsibility
- Carry out any other customer service related tasks requested of you by management and or/other team members
- Provide detailed and up to date information on all product, services and philanthropic brand initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both French and English
- 2+years Sales Management Experience
- Customer Service Management Experience
- 2+years Managerial experience
- Previous experience with a BPO would be advantageous
- Previous experience within a call centre environment
- Ability to work international hours and shift work
- Own laptop or desktop: 8GB Ram, Intel icore i5,Windows 10+
- Access to stable WIFI, internet and or fibre

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
