**Your Role at Impact**:
The Project Manager will work under the general direction of middle or senior level management. This person is responsible for the management of one or more medium to large-sized, simple to moderately complex projects. The purpose of this position is to plan and oversee all aspects of a project, and to meet the project's goals on time and within budget, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project, prepare reports for leadership regarding the project status.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manages one or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity
- Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts
- Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the Business Applications team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
- Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
- Assists Business Systems Project Manager in partnering with senior management of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing tech solutions to achieve the goals of the enterprise
- Mentors Junior Project Manager

**What You Have**:

- 5 years + Project Management experience (preferably in business systems)
- Possess broad knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
- Experience with projects in one or more technologies and multiple functions
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related discipline. (Or equivalent work experience.)
- Project Management certification is preferred
- Experience in ERP, CRM and HRIS solutions advantageous (i.e. Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Planning and Budgeting, Hyperion Planning, SalesForce, CPQ, Workday, ADP, etc.)
