**Must-Haves**:

- A Grade 12 certificate.
- At least 1 year of debt collections experience.
- A solid understanding of the **Debt Collectors Act** and **POPI compliance**.
- **Debt Council registration** is a significant advantage.

**Compensation and Growth**:
We believe in rewarding your hard work and dedication with a competitive, performance-based compensation package.
- **Basic Salary**: R5500
- **Guaranteed Monthly Incentives**: Up to R6500 (based on performance).
- **Additional Perks**: Earn extra through monthly commissions, settlement incentives, top performer bonuses, and a Funeral Cover.

Pay: Up to R5 500,00 per month
