Integration Specialist

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success managing technical teams across the full software development life cycle, including the following areas:

- Accountable for the development and governance of Integration Strategies based upon the Platform, Data, and Business Process Architecture.
- Accountable for the development of Integration Reference Architectures and Roadmaps and influencing other Domain Area Models.
- Accountable for the development and governance of Integration and Solution Principles, Policies, and Standards.
- Accountable for the development, implementation, and maintenance of an Enterprise portfolio to support Integration Capabilities lifecycle and roadmap initiatives.
- Initiates and drives the selection of Next Generation middleware and Integration solutions at the Enterprise Level.
- Assist business areas in the analysis of innovative technologies and how they impact the broader Enterprise Architecture.
- Assist business areas in analysing the integration portfolio and component strategy to best support simplification efforts and reduce Technology Debt.
- Demonstrates thorough understanding Oracle SOA Suite tools primarily OSB/BPEL tools, Java/J2ee, Back-end experience with Oracle/DB2 and/or NoSQL environment, Web Services, Messaging, XML, REST, SOAP etc Title of job: CVM Integration Specialist Reporting Line: Senior Manager CVM Technology 2
- Should be able to create High Level Design document for the SOA implementation project.
- To maintain and manage the technical architecture and design of the whole integration solution.
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of SOA Architecture, SOA Governance and/ or API management. To ensure that all the SOA development standards are met
- To ensure consistency and prevent redundancy in the SOA integration development effort
- To take the overall responsibility of the SOA integration Architecture and Technical Design
- To organize and conduct integration design reviews
- Demonstrate understanding of Cloud enablement principles, Service Models, Deployment Models, and challenges
- Be the custodian of the integration catalogue for SA and work closely with group from a design and deployment perspective. Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement technical designs for improving or further leveraging of these systems.

**Education**:

- BSC / Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Oracle SOA /AIA foundation qualification
- Oracle Integration Cloud certification - Application Integration Specialist (Highly Advantageous)
- Oracle Marketing Could Certificated/Trained (Highly Advantageous

**Experience**
- 10+ years consistent work experience covering similar functions in multinational telecommunication with global project rollout experience
- Demonstrate ability to effectively establish and maintain strategic working relationship with peers and constitutes at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate analysis, technical and problem-solving skills using critical and innovate thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a Project team, Group of companies, suppliers and internal clients.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently on multiple integration tasks with a fast[1]paced team and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Good technical knowledge of cloud network and security protocols
- An exposure to EA frameworks like Togaf, Zachman is nice to have - Good understanding of design patterns and SOA reference architectures.
- Understanding of Data Integration methodologies.
- Working technical experience with Oracle Products and direct hands-on experience with Integration projects / programme related to Oracle Products
- Exposure to & understanding of Oracle Cloud technology
- Advance and effective verbal, written and communication skill
