Overview:
This position will support, promote and grow Kemin’s Animal Health and Nutrition business within Sub-Sahara Africa. The position will be responsible for providing technical reporting and support to the Account Managers, Marketing Team and their customers. The key focus areas will be recognising customer needs, coordinating trials and programmes for the various CLS (Customer Laboratory Services) functions and then management of the related processes. Close cooperation with various functions including Sales, Marketing, Technical, Laboratory and Product Application is essential in order to drive our service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assume responsibility for the expert interpretation and dissemination of customer CLS reports.
- Set up monitoring programmes and field trial protocols and assist with the implementation/ execution thereof.
- Writing, communication and presentation of customer reports and feedback sessions.
- Design, setup and maintain customer monitoring programmes and files.
- Build, maintain, analyse and interpret a database of trial and monitoring service results.
- Assist in producing relevant marketing documentation and marketing tools.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of customer presentations and seminars.
- Support in the development of new and innovative customer services.
- Close liaison, support and communication with laboratory team.
- Manage and actively develop our client laboratory service function.
- Sales project support.
- Assist in strategy development.
- Represent Kemin at industry events, as needed and build contacts at these events.
- Represent Kemin Sub-Sahara at Kemin meetings and training sessions, as needed.
- Support market research, build and maintain a market database.
- Assisting sales team at client visits with audits, training, trials, protocols and proposals.
- Write Protocols for trials and assist in conducting trial on-site.

Qualifications:
**Education/Experience**:

- BSc Degree in Animal Science

**Language Skills**:

- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively speak in front of large groups.
- Must be English proficient.

**Mathematical Skills**:

- Advanced skills including statistical knowledge.

**Reasoning Ability**:

- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Meticulous
- Flexible, diligent and a good team player with self-motivation and initiative.

**Physical Demands**:

- Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time.
- Must be able to climb.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 kg.

**Work Environment**:

- Typical office and manufacturing floor environment.
- Travel frequently required.
