Job Description:
As a Real Time Analyst, you will work closely with Operations, to help monitor Incoming volumes In Queues, report on Daily attendance schedule adherence of Agents in real-time, ensuring optimum service levels are achieved to deliver consistent performance.
- Monitor external factors that may impact workload volumes
- Track system issues and assess the impact on operational performance
- Monitor critical business operations and performance indicators at an interval level in real-time,, call volumes, average handle times, queue time, call center agent availability, and call center service level adherence
- Conduct trend analysis of call volumes and business activities to anticipate and recommen changes in daily and long-term strategy

**Requirements**:

- Must have (1-3years) experience in outbound sales, preferably in a RTA role specifically.

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
