**Overview**:
FourthRev is looking for a highly organised and proactive **Progression Team Administrator** to join our learner success function during a critical growth period. This is a short-term, high-impact role suited to someone who loves reconciling data, tracking complex workflows, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
You’ll work closely with our Progression Lead to maintain oversight of learners' journeys and ensure timely action at key moments such as resits, extensions, and course recommencements. Your work will be essential in supporting learners who are off-track and enabling the wider team to intervene effectively.
This fully remote role is ideal for someone based in South Africa who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited by operational clarity and impact.
**What You’ll Do**:
**1. Manage Key Administrative Workflows**:
- Track and update learner status for submissions, deferrals, extensions, and resits.
- Maintain and update central progression records and logs.
- Prepare and send learner communications for extensions and resits using established templates.
**2. Support Learner Journey Visibility**:
- Build and maintain a central tracker for learners on nonlinear journeys (e.g. those paused or returning in future cohorts).
- Collaborate with internal data sources to identify at-risk learners and those due to rejoin.
- Support team reporting and planning with progression insights and clean data.
**Requirements**:
**What You’ll Bring**:
- Demonstrated experience in administration or coordination roles.
- Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data tracking tools.
- High attention to detail and consistency.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in written English.
- A methodical and structured approach to work.
**Desirable**:
- Experience in education, student services, or academic administration.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Canvas, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting remote or international teams.
**Benefits**
**Why Join FourthRev**:
At FourthRev, we’re redefining how education meets the future of work. You’ll be joining a mission-driven, remote-first team where operational clarity and learner impact matter. This contract role is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to learner outcomes while working in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
