Job Details

Coordinates and leads the key processes across our team, while building understanding of Kantar’s offers and how best to match offers with client needs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Supports BD Team to ensure that all client growth/ opportunities is coordinated across clients. Brings up any potential opportunities and conflicts rapidly.
- Maintains and updates the Client Partner documents by managing the process of getting feedback on actions from teams each quarter.
- Manages BD team's intelligence network. Collates team progress across clients and supports team with relevant intelligence when required. Examples might include: Kantar client footprints, thought leadership on specific topics, latest developments with prospects.
- Ensures Commercial Growth resources are up to date including latest thought leadership, proposal templates, cost rate cards, company documentation for pitches, photos and bios for proposals etc
- Supports internal teams with where to locate and source the information they need for proposals
- Proactively considers if we need other/ more commercial growth resources based on the questions asked of us by client service teams.
- Responsible for managing our sales pipeline, coordinating progress and reporting progress back to the business.
- Keep track of all BD-led proposals in order to update our finance sales sheet on a weekly basis
- Keep track off all feedback on marketing BD initiatives using spreadsheets provided by global marketing teams
- Develops strong relationships and collaborates meaningfully across Kantar CS and PM teams
- Builds strong relationships with our client, commercial and domain leads.
- Demonstrates our core values and behaviours, celebrates wins and learns from our losses.
