**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Contribute high-level long-form content for print in line with the editorial strategies.
- Create digital content of a high standard in line with the business needs, including web articles, social media content, video, and podcasts.
- All produced content must be in line with our publications’ style guide and adhere to the editorial structures as defined by the editors.
- Contribute to EP Media social media platforms and digital platforms
- Assist in managing content management systems

**Educational Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma in journalism or media studies.

**Experience Requirements**:

- A minimum of six years’ experience in the relevant industry.
- A strong understanding of multimedia.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong writing skills with attention to detail to ensure clean and correct copy.
- Skillset to create multimedia content of a high standard.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Make decisions independently as well as within a group.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Logical thinker who can analyse situations and come up with the right solutions.
- Excellent people-relations skills.
- Planning and organising skills.
- Show initiative and act independently.

- Inquisitive
