Wage Analyst

We are recruiting an Analytical Wages Administrator to join our team.

In this position you will ensure accuracy of the information processed on the Company’s financial system. Processing of data to run an accurate and timeous payroll. To maintain the integrity and accuracy of information processed on the Company’s HR system in compliance with the National Bargaining Council and company policies and procedures.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Balancing and submission of monthly balance sheet recons to Finance Manager
- Manage and capture employee data on HR and Payroll system.
- Responsible for the processing of payroll information on the bookkeeping system.
- Responsible for the collating and processing of payroll information.
- Support with pay queries
- Adhoc support to the Finance Manager and Compensation and Benefits Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Matric certificate
- Payroll Diploma
- At least 5 years experience in the supporting in a shared services compensation environment in a large organisation
