Attend to the capturing and administration of all new and existing entries relating to the Letting System;
Perform credit checks;
Ensure documents are completed in full and uploaded to the PayProp system;
Reconcile payment daily;
Follow-up pending direct deposits;
Follow-up failed beneficiary payments;
Inform Franchisees of any tenants in arrears;
Inform Franchisees of any lease agreements expiring.
Attend to all enquiries relating to Letting transactions;
Act as primary contact person between the Employer and its Franchisees;
Attend to the necessary consumer behaviour and related administrative tasks;
Immediately escalate risks and exposures to the Financial Manager;
Assist the Financial Manager with debt collection administration.
Debt collection duties include:
Administer all communications to all tenants in arrears;
Escalate instruction from landlord to the attorney if legal action is required.
Attend to TPN data being exported and uploaded to PayProp.
Analyse statistics in order to use the information as a management tool.
Attend to the in-house training of all new Franchisees and support staff utilising the Employer’s rental system.
Assist Management to promote the growth of existing rental portfolios.
Assist the Management to motivate and encourage existing Franchisees, not currently doing rentals, to start a rental portfolio under the Employer’s structure.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Matric
1-3 years administration experience
Previous experience within a Letting agent environment will be a preferable
Own transport to and from work
Excellent communicator
Computer literate
