Founded more than a decade ago, our client is one of the most prominent real estate auctioneering companies in South Africa focussing on privately owned commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Boasting offices nationally, they provide public auctions whether online or the traditional way and have successfully progressed in connecting buyers and sellers on multiple sales platforms. They are looking for a dynamic, and ambitious Property all-rounder to join their Johannesburg North Office.
Your role will start with a sales-like focus where you will be communicating with buyers and sellers, marketing properties, facilitating and attending viewings, presenting proposals to clients and carrying out business development. Not your normal run of the mill leasing and sales role, it will also see you rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in attending management meetings, compiling property information packs, streamlining and developing effective strategies as well as getting involved administratively in property-related matters.
The diversity of the role requires someone with a sound knowledge of the commercial property industry and market trends. The successful incumbent will hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Property or any relevant field, with at least 2 years' experience in a commercial property space and a proven track record in sales. To accompany that you will be naturally entrepreneurial, with a 'by any means necessary' attitude. A valid driver's license and vehicle will secure.
