**Responsibilities**:
**Administration and coordination**
- To plan, coordinate and manage all logistics and operational aspects of the administration function of SloniTec
- To provide secretariat duties for all meetings at the company
- To provide logístical support for stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare documentation for stakeholder meetings.
- To file delivery notes, quotations and PO’s from customers for invoicing to be completed
- To keep up to date with the procurement of consumables
**Financial management and coordination**
- To maintain up-to-date financial spreadsheets
- To provide Clients with simple quotations
- To assist with directing the contractors visiting the company for maintenance services.
**Core Requirements**:
- At least five years office administrative support experience.
- Advanced experience in MS Excel, proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Matric/ NCS equivalent
