- Gauteng- The basic function of the Sales and Marketing Administrator is to assist in planning, controlling, and executing all matters relating to the sales and marketing department for the company.
- The Sales and Marketing Administrator is responsible for corporate branding, marketing campaigns, tracking of online activities and coordinating marketing tasks.**The main duties of this role will include**:
- Actively supporting the Managing Director, administratively & managing his diary
- Staff One on One’s, Sales meetings, Quarterly reviews & Business development meetings
- Assisting MD with company engagements & online meetings
- Completing success stories for company Board meetings
- Completing and submitting documentation on his behalf
- Organizing & arranging
- Exhibitions & fairs (Customer day’s & Trade fairs, AAF, Electra Mining)
- Golf day’s (Customer & associations)
- SAIMC / SAC Visits & meetings to Southern Africa office
- Internal meetings & taking minutes
- Design & produce presentations according to company Corporate Identity
- Marketing Material locally & from international office
- Design & editing of Local short form catalogue & flyers
- Sourcing suppliers & promotional materials
- Managing stock of all marketing equipment & materials
- Demonstration boards, banners, signage and so on.
- Marketing media & campaigns
- Monthly sales specials
- New & focussed products (Design & distribute)
- Introducing new products to customers & local sales teams
- Creating & scheduling social media posts on 4 platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter)
- Engaging with media companies, designing advertisements & campaigns
- Participating in online meetings with international Colleagues
- Assist with marketing campaigns for e-shop**Inherent Requirements**
- Certificate/ Diploma in graphic design
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in increasing levels of marketing support.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Certificate in Microsoft 365 will be beneficial
**Key Skills**:
- Availability to travel when required.
- A working knowledge of marketing and tracking results.
- A working knowledge of the below soft wares.
- Microsoft 365
- Adobe creative cloud (Mostly Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign)
- CANVA
- Sage CRM - Preferred
- Excellent English & communication skills required
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and ability to work under pressure
- Team spirit and strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Structured and self-dependent working style with the ability to work in a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- The working conditions will be those typical of a Sales Company. The Sales and Marketing Administrator is required to move about the business, both indoors and out. Time will be divided among the office, outside functions, and other locations as necessary.**What Qualification**
