**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inbound logistics, preferably in the steel industry
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles
- Familiarity with steel materials, their handling requirements, and transportation regulations
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with suppliers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate inbound logistics activities, including transportation, scheduling, and tracking of shipments
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize stock-outs
- Perform regular analysis of transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards in the handling and transportation of steel materials
- Maintain accurate records of inbound shipments, including receipts, invoices, and delivery notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, production, and warehouse, to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inbound logistics, such as delays, damages, or incorrect quantities
- Continuously evaluate and improve inbound logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics management
- Must be able to work overtime and flexitime if required
