External Sales Representative

Kayline Hardware Components, a division of **Kaydav Group Management**, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **External Sales Representative** to join our team in Cape Town. We are looking for a dynamic individual with **strong technical product knowledge in hardware**to drive sales and expand our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular visits and proactive communication, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Identify and establish new client accounts by planning and executing strategic sales visits, actively expanding our market presence.
- Effectively communicate product information, updates, and solutions to clients, addressing their needs and providing expert advice.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate prices within established guidelines, and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and provide regular reports on sales activities, trends, and opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment by communicating delivery requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving any potential issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven external sales experience.
- Strong technical product knowledge of hardware components or a substantial construction background.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Pastel.
- Valid drivers license (unendorsed).
