We’re a world-leading smart mobility tech company with over 1,300,000 subscribers across 23 countries, and we’re looking for a Vehicle Sales person to join our team. Main purpose of the role is to sell cars for the Selling department of Carzuka.

**Job description**:

- Ensure that monthly targets are met and/exceeded
- Ensure leads are tended to timeously
- Good understanding of motor vehicles
- Previous motor insurance sales experience is advantageous
- Follow up with clients
- Conduct test drives
- Complete vehicle purchasing process
- Understand the value and have an in-depth understanding of Carzuka’s goal.Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level

**Minimum requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Experience in the motor industry
- Experience in used vehicle selling
- Target driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Strong Negotiation skills
