**Purpose of the Job**:
**Job Objectives**:
**Employee Centric Delivery**

Preparing package structuring with Reward guidelines in adherence to policies, procedures and specified frameworks of the Shoprite Group. These packages include:
Application of the Talent Acquisition App

Offers for new hires processed via the Talent Acquisition App, Market adjustments, Promotions and Compensation internal benchmarking

Facilitating with the Compensation Execution team, status change requests including package calculations, benefit allocations and allowances and liaising with recruiters in terms of package structures.?

**People (Self, Team & Organisational)**

Aligning participation to deliver relevant compensation execution activities to the business.??

Participating in the enablement of an innovative, agile and employee centric culture where employees are supported, empowered, and valued within the compensation execution team.??

**Governance & Compliance**

Ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative governance frameworks, legislation and standards.?

Adhering to governance structures, policies, processes, frameworks applicable to the role.?

**Future-Fit**

Participating in the integration and effective flow of work with other service, solution and business areas.?

Identifying relevant technology requirements for the compensation execution team and ensuring optimal utilisation thereof.?

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Financial or equivalent - (beneficial).
- Grade 12, National Senior Certificate - (essential).

**Experience**:

- +2 years in Compensation Execution / Remuneration or equivalent role, working within related compensation frameworks, policies, procedures, and guidelines - (essential).
- Experience within the FMCG, retail sector or similar - (preferred).
- Demonstrable knowledge of compensation execution within the FMCG, retail sector - (essential).

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, legislation, and regulations - (essential).??
