Our client, an NGO based in Pretoria focusing on Community development particularly on practical skills developement and Agriculture. The organization is partly a social enterprise. They are looking for a Business developement manager to help with fundraising and marketing out products to build and sustain the organization. They have products that are viable and what the market is currently looking for.

**Responsibilities**:

- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching on prospective accounts in target markets
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goal
- Training business development staff
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

**Requirements**:
.Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role

.Experience in customer support is a plus

.Proficiency in English, Good IT skills and Market knowledge

.Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

.Proven sales track record and ability to build rapport

.Time management, decision making and planning skills

.Degree / Diploma in business administration, sales or relevant field and 5 years experience in management

.Project management skills and Strong organisational skills
