Assist with activities and interventions within the Assessment and Development department as well as the HR team.

Reports to: Assessment and Development Specialist and Head: Talent

**Objectives of Role**:
**Assessment and Development Function**:

- Accountable for the administration, scoring and interpretation of all psychometric assessments used within the Foundation.
- The role supports the Assessment and Development Specialist with implementing the Assessment and Development strategy within the Foundation.
- Facilitating Training and Development programmes of Assessment tools and practices.

Career Psychology
- Career Coaching and Mentoring
- Occupational Health and Safety

Testing and Assessments
- All Selection Activities
- Administer, Score and Interpret Psychometric Tests
- Provides Feedback
- A Research Project
- A key research project relevant to the Foundation

**HR Function**:

- Assist with recruitment processes, including liaising with the Shared Services team.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Help organise and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology (Essential)
- Honour’s Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology/ Completion of the B Psych Equivalence Programme (required)
- Registration as Intern Industrial Psychologist/Psychometrist with HPCSA (required)
- No work experience required
